Lidl Northern Ireland GmbH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, drive KPI targets, and lead the store team to deliver a fantastic customer journey.

You will maintain stock levels, ensure excellent shop floor presentation, and develop colleagues, with clear pathways to Store Manager progression within a fast-paced retail environment.

A full driving licence and a passion for high-performance teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A Levels or equivalent completed.
• Full driving licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
