Job summary

Lidl is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a busy store floor and back-of-house operations. You will set strong examples for your team, manage the store in the Store Manager's absence, and drive customer service excellence while upholding health and safety standards.

You will motivate staff, handle deliveries, stock integrity, till operations, and KPI monitoring, ensuring smooth day-to-day running and exceptional customer experiences.
