Job summary

Lidl Northern Ireland GmbH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead the store team and drive great customer service. You will support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, manage a results-driven team, and maintain excellent shop floor presentation.

The role requires leadership experience, a clean driving licence, A Levels or equivalent, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Competitive benefits offered in NI.

Qualifications

• A Levels or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence required.
• Passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
• Preferably, prior experience as Assistant Store Manager, but not essential with the right attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the store.
• Adopt a target-driven approach to KPIs.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
• Maintain excellent shop floor presentation.
