Job summary

Lidl Northern Ireland GmbH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, drive target-focused performance, and coach the store team to deliver outstanding customer service. This role offers a clear path to Store Manager level with a competitive package and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• A Levels or equivalent completed.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, varied environment with targets and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
• Preferably Assistant Store Manager experience, but not essential with the right attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of your store.
• Target-driven approach to KPIs.
• Manage, motivate, and develop the store team.
• Maintain excellent shop floor presentation.
• Ensure adequate stock levels are always maintained.
