Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage, recruit, and develop talent for long-term success of the business.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and safeguarding service standards.
• Monitor and control staff costs, store productivity, inventory differences, write-offs and costs.
• Apply and control Store Cleanliness, Customer Friendliness and Minimal Queues at Tills.
• Monitor stock rotation, freshness control and C-Date checks.
• Adhere to all company procedures and merchandising standards.
