Lidl Northern Ireland GmbH in Belfast is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team and drive shop performance. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, maintain stock, and deliver excellent customer service.

This role requires a strong target-driven mindset, previous management experience, and the ability to work flexible shifts. A Levels or equivalent and a full driving licence are required; progression to Store Manager and the Leadership Academy are available for high

Formación

• Completed A Levels or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence.
• Passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
• Preferably previous experience as Assistant Store Manager, but not essential with the right attitude.
