• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through friendly, helpful service
• Ready to help wherever customers need you, including shelves, orders, serving, or selling
• Using digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, keep shelves tidy and correctly located
• Building knowledge of products, services and promotions to confidently recommend to customers
