Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking a proactive Trading Assistant to support busy store operations. You’ll collect stock from the warehouse, replenish shelves, and maintain presentation while delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll also learn product knowledge, assisting shoppers with recommendations and promotions. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll be part of a collaborative team, ready to work flexible hours and help with deliveries as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collect stock from warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15kg) to keep shelves well-presented.
• Provide excellent customer service and proactively assist shoppers.
• Learn products, services and promotions to offer recommendations.
• Date check fresh produce and groceries.
• Support store operations and deliveries as needed.
