Asda is seeking a Customer Manager in Workington to lead store service across the customer journey, from parking to checkout. You’ll be the eyes and ears for customers, acting on feedback and coordinating with partners to maintain high standards while delivering great service with a people-first approach.

We look for leaders who coach teams, drive action, and foster a culture of pride in the customer experience, ensuring consistency and value across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a retail environment.
• Operational knowledge of retail environment and customer service.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership.

Responsibilities

• Be the main ambassador for Asda, leading the store’s service from the car park to the checkout and ensuring customers have the best experience.
• Act on customer feedback and run listening groups; liaise with external partners to meet standards and expectations.
• Drive strategy into action by staying on the shopfloor, validating the customer path and delivering strong availability and metrics.
