Asda Stores Ltd in Spennymoor is seeking a Customer Manager to lead the store’s service and champion the Asda experience from car park to checkout. You will be the eyes and ears of our customers, driving improvements and ensuring our customer path is the best in town.

You will coach teams, respond to feedback, and liaise with external partners to maintain high standards while delivering great availability and service with heart and pride.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a retail environment.
• Operational knowledge on retail environment and customer service.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
• Strong customer service focus and positive mindset
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Be the main ambassador for customer service across store areas.
• Lead the service teams to ensure best customer experience.
• Act on feedback and liaise with external partners to meet standards.
• Drive available stock and pricing alignment; ensure KRAs are met.
