Job summary

ASDA in Redditch is seeking a Customer Manager to be the store’s ambassador for service, guiding colleagues from the car park to the checkout to ensure every customer has an excellent shopping experience.

You will lead the Service, Back Office, Security and Cleaning Teams, acting on feedback and liaising with partners to meet standards. The role requires drive on the shop floor, team coaching, and a passion for service. 45 hours per week, permanent and full-time.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service focus and excellent communication.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service and store operations to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Act on feedback and coordinate with partners to meet standards and expectations.
• Drive strategy on the shop floor and coach the team to improve routines and processes.
