Asda Stores Ltd. in West Bridgford is seeking a Customer Manager to be the main ambassador for the Asdaness in every colleague and lead the store's service ensuring customers have the best experience from car park to checkout.

The role requires driving strategy on the shop floor, coaching teams, and delivering great availability standards while managing feedback and partners to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a retail environment.
• Operational knowledge of retail and customer service.
• Strong customer service focus with a positive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
• Ability to drive strategy on the shop floor and deliver service standards.
• Experience leading teams and managing change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store's service, ensuring best customer experience from the car park to the checkout.
• Act on feedback and run customer listening groups while liaising with external partners to meet standards.
• Coach and develop the team to improve processes and selling with personality.
• Drive presence on the shop floor to validate the value message and achieve availability standards and KRAs.
