Sainsbury’s Group is seeking team members to deliver outstanding customer service in our stores. You will help with shelf filling, order picking, cashiering and product recommendations while using digital tools to enhance the shopper experience.

You'll work across the store and may cover varied shifts during the festive season. The role emphasises teamwork, adaptability and a commitment to serving customers with pride and care.

Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well‑presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
• You must be above the school‑leaver age in your country (School leaving age - GOV.UK)
• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK, a committed team player, always willing to support colleagues and work together
• Flexibility and willingness to work across the store and take on new challenges
• Open to learning, developing and trying new things to improve our service
• Confident in learning to use new digital tools and technology to do your job brilliantly
• Take pride and ownership in your work, including close attention to detail, maintaining a clean and tidy work space and always looking for ways to make our customer experience better
