Job summary

Sainsbury's is recruiting store colleagues to help customers during the busy festive period. This role covers serving customers, stocking shelves, and supporting store operations with teamwork and a positive attitude.

You will use digital tools to assist customers, move stock safely, and keep shelves tidy and well-presented. A friendly, flexible approach is essential as you may work across departments and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
