Job summary

Sainsbury’s Group is seeking store colleagues in the United Kingdom to help customers across busy store hours. You’ll assist with shelving, order picking, serving customers and recommending products while staying friendly and efficient.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well with colleagues, and are comfortable learning new digital tools to improve customer experiences. Various permanent and fixed-term vacancies are available across stores.

• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that's filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products.
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
