Sainsbury's Group is seeking store colleagues across various roles to help customers and keep our shelves neat, stocked, and welcoming. You’ll use digital tools to assist shoppers and learn about our products, services, and promotions to confidently recommend items.

Roles include early-morning shifts across Sunday to Saturday, with opportunities to fill shelves, pick orders, serve customers or assist in-store. We value teamwork, reliability and a positive attitude.

Qualificações

• You must be above the school-leaver age in your country
• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK, a committed team player, always willing to support colleagues and work together
• Flexibility and willingness to work across the store and take on new challenges
• Open to learning, developing and trying new things to improve our service
• Confident learning to use new digital tools and technology to do your job brilliantly

Responsabilidades

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that's filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
• Shift pattern includes early-morning coverage across Sunday to Saturday
