Sainsbury’s Group is hiring store colleagues across our Cromer locations to put customers first with friendly, helpful service. You may fill shelves, pick orders, serve customers or showcase products, while embracing digital tools to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service.
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that's filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products.
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience.
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring heavy loads to the correct store location.
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers.
• You must be above the school-leaver age in your country School leaving age - GOV.UK
