Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role preferred, with induction and training provided.
• Excellent communication skills and strong time management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ambition, resourcefulness and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Open/close the store as key holder and handle cash.
• Manage deliveries and stock control to minimise loss.
• Coach and mentor colleagues, share head office updates.
• Use KPIs like Footfall, ATV, Conversion to drive results.
