Job summary

Size? in Cambridge is seeking a Coach Level 3 to support the store management team in daily operations and to deliver outstanding customer service. The role emphasizes a positive working environment, strong teamwork, and adherence to KPIs while mentoring junior colleagues across the shopfloor.

You will help with stock handling, merchandising, and daily briefs, ensuring the team meets targets and maintains high store standards. Training and development are provided to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role is preferred with induction and training provided.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to handle complaints and enquiries.
• Able to manage time effectively and meet KPIs such as Footfall, ATV, and Conversion.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and assistant manager to run daily store operations.
• Open/close responsibilities and cash handling as a key holder.
• Drive sales and store turnover through merchandising and team motivation.
