Job summary

size? is seeking a proactive Coach Level 3 to assist the management team in day-to-day store operations and to uphold our core values. You will foster a positive working environment while ensuring the sales team delivers service that exceeds customer expectations.

As the first step into size? management, you will lead by example, mentor colleagues and drive KPIs like Footfall, ATV, and Conversion through effective merchandising and stock control. Flexible hours support business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role preferred with full induction and training program.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ambition, resourcefulness and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Work with store manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve/exceed targets.
• Open/close responsibilities and money handling as key holder.
• Manage deliveries and stock in line with stock control procedures.
