Job summary

Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador to energize the sales floor, drive sales targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will embody Coach values, lead store initiatives, and foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment.

With 1+ years in a lead retail role, you will support recruitment, staff development, and performance feedback while maintaining strong brand standards and a focus on customer satisfaction across all store activities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch and lift at least 25 pounds; may lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Maintains leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
• Supports recruitment, interviewing, performance evaluation, training as needed, and holds team accountable.
• Fosters an inclusive, collaborative environment and promotes a positive customer experience.
• Develops a customer-centric culture with clienteling strategies to build long-term relationships.
