Job summary

ON RUNNING is seeking a Store Advisor in London to deliver premium, individualized fan experiences in-store. You will master our Cloud CX approach to create wow moments and a seamless, customer-centric operation.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will contribute to premium service standards that build brand loyalty and celebrate movement. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings/holidays.

Your story

• You have 1+ years of relevant experience in retail or in a customer service-related field
• You have an understanding of service excellence, with the ability to engage our fans, address their needs, and provide effective solutions
• You possess organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to improve store processes and fan experiences
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
