On Running in London is seeking a Store Advisor to be the brand ambassador and primary creator of our premium in-store experience. You will master our Cloud CX Premium service model and make every guest feel genuinely welcomed, driving brand loyalty.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will deliver excellence through service with authenticity, maintain high presentation standards, and support the retail team with proactive, detail-oriented execution.

• You bring 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments where delivering a quality experience is a priority
• You possess a growth mindset and a passion for learning, with a proven ability to remain resilient and coachable when learning new products or processes
• You are highly reliable and accountable, with a record of consistent performance and strict adherence to retail standard operating procedures
• You demonstrate strong communication skills and a team-first spirit, ensuring collective goals are met through active engagement and asking clarifying questions
• You approach every task with a meticulous eye for detail, recognizing that premium retail success is found in the quality of execution and personal presentation
