Job summary

adidas in the United Kingdom is seeking a Stockroom Sales Consultant for a 30-hour week to join our retail team. You will help maintain the shop floor, assist customers, and uphold adidas standards of service.

As a brand ambassador, you will engage with customers, support stock replenishment, and contribute to a motivating store environment. A passion for sport and fashion, teamwork, and a readiness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ months working in a sports/fashion retail environment.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping on the shop floor.
• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring customers in line with adidas values.
• Support merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to hit store targets.
• Complete training and apply learnings on the shop floor.

• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
• Ability to maintain an easy-to-shop environment for customers by consistently executing visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.

• Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
