Job summary

adidas invites candidates to join ourBranded journey in retail. As a Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant you will engage customers, promote adidas products, and uphold our standards while helping the store reach its goals.

We offer competitive compensation, free uniform sets twice a year, and a generous staff discount. This is a part-time 8-hour shift in a adidas store, with a supportive team and opportunities to grow within retail and distribution functions.

Qualifications

• 1+ months working in sports or fashion retail.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and how to interpret them to drive sales.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
