Job summary

Adidas in Bridgend is seeking a Sales Consultant for an 8‑hour shift to join our store team. You will connect with customers, promote products, and help maintain our adidas standards on the shop floor.

You’ll need good English, a team mindset, and a readiness to learn through training. This role offers a supportive environment with opportunities to grow within adidas retail.

Qualifications

• 1+ month working in sports or fashion retail environment.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
