Job summary

adidas in Glasgow is hiring for a seasonal, part-time role (12 hours per week over 2/3 days) in its retail store. You will maintain store standards, assist customers, and promote adidas values. Develop product knowledge through free trainings and work as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 1+ months working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
• Ability to maintain an easy-to-shop environment for customers by applying visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping at all times.
• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment).
• Take ownership and apply training on the shop floor.

• Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping at all times and carry out replenishment of sales floors within areas of responsibility.
• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.

This is a seasonal role, 12 hours per week over 2/3 days.
