Job summary

adidas is seeking a Stockroom Sales Consultant (30h) in the United Kingdom to support store operations, maintain merchandising standards, and assist customers on the shop floor. You will connect with shoppers, uphold adidas values, and help replenish deliveries to achieve store goals.

This role offers a collaborative team environment with opportunities for training and development in retail operations and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• 1+ months working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
• Ability to maintain an easy-to-shop environment for customers by consistently executing visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping at all times and carry out replenishment of sales floors within areas of responsibility.
• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
