Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ month experience in sports or fashion retail industry.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and ability to interpret them to drive sales.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Team player with resilience and curiosity.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador, engaging customers in line with adidas values.
• Support merchandise management, deliveries, and replenishment to meet store goals.
