Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Stock & Systems Administrator in Desford to support the Delivery Management System (DMS) and Material Management System (MMS) for warehousing and transport activities on a major UK infrastructure project.

The role reports to the Stock & Systems Manager and involves data accuracy, incident management, and collaboration with suppliers and clients. The position is full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, with a salary up to £32,000 and 25 days of annual leave plus bank

Qualifications

Experience in warehouse systems and stock control within a fast-paced environment.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills to analyse and manage operational data.
Excellent problem-solving and proactive issue resolution capabilities.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for DMS and MMS queries, coordinating resolutions.
Maintain accurate stock records across multiple locations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Monitor, manage, and escalate IT incidents and service requests to ensure SLA compliance.
Produce system reports and management information to support operations decisions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and cover for team members when required.
