Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Desford is seeking a Stock & Systems Administrator to support the Delivery Management System (DMS) and Material Management System (MMS) for the Hinkley Point C project. You will act as the first point of contact for DMS/MMS queries and maintain accurate stock data.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 06:00–18:00, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary up to £32,000 and a pension, life assurance and discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in a warehouse context.
• Strong Excel skills with data analysis and reporting capability.
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• High attention to detail to maintain data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for DMS and MMS inquiries, diagnosing issues and coordinating resolutions.
• Maintain accurate stock records across locations and promptly resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor IT incidents and service requests to ensure SLA compliance.
• Produce system reports and MI to support operational decisions.
• Support continuous improvement and cover duties for team members when needed.
