Job summary

Prestige Recruitment Specialists is recruiting for a Stock & Parts Coordinator in Cottingham. You will split time between maintaining stock data in internal systems and moving parts around a busy manufacturing site.

Candidates should have stock control experience, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while supporting a wider team. Forklift licence is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in stock control, stores, logistics, warehouse administration or a similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage workload independently while supporting a wider team.
• Physical fitness to move and carry parts and assist with loading.

Responsibilities

• Record parts and materials entering and leaving the department.
• Update stock movements accurately on internal systems.
• Identify and locate parts across a large manufacturing site.
• Coordinate movement of parts between stores, production areas and other departments.
• Process returned parts and ensure records are updated correctly.
• Monitor stock information and investigate discrepancies.
• Complete stock and movement documentation.
• Assist with loading parts onto wagons when required.
• Liaise with production, warehouse and logistics teams.
• Maintain an organised and efficient parts operation.
