Job summary

R9 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Parts Administrator to join our client’s team in Potters Bar. You will order parts, manage stock levels, liaise with suppliers and engineers, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, good IT ability including Excel, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in engineering, maintenance, or construction is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Previous administration, purchasing, stock control, or parts experience.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Good IT skills, including Excel.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within engineering, maintenance, servicing, or construction is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Order parts and materials from approved suppliers.
• Check deliveries and allocate parts to the correct engineer or site.
• Process orders and update internal systems.
• Liaise with suppliers and monitor service levels.
• Manage returns and warranty claims.
• Review invoices and report discrepancies.
• Handle urgent parts requests from operatives
