Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an organised Plant Parts & Stock Coordinator to join our busy Plant department across multiple live sites in the South. You will manage stores, monitor stock levels and coordinate parts and equipment movements while liaising with various site teams.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to prioritise tasks, and comfortable with new systems and fast-paced environments, with a proactive, independent work style and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining Plant stores and stock.
• Monitoring stock levels and identifying when parts or equipment need to be ordered.
• Tracking and logging plant parts, tools and equipment.
• Liaising with teams across multiple live sites.
• Supporting the wider Plant team with administration.
• Keeping accurate records of equipment and stock movements.
• Helping coordinate the movement of parts, tools and equipment between sites.
• Supporting the introduction and management of new systems.
• Ensuring stock and equipment records are kept accurate and up to date.
• Helping improve organisation and efficiency across the Plant department.
