We are looking for an intelligent, self-motivated Inventory Specialist to join our UK team, based in our showroom in Central London.

Mission

Role and Responsibilities

As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a showroom environment that is constantly changing. Due to our unique business model, you will work with merchandise and a retail space that changes weekly. You will report to the Account Manager and collaborate closely with the Showroom Manager to ensure the showroom remains in pristine condition during setup and sales.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Accepting deliveries and ensuring stock accuracy through regular inventories
• Managing weekly stock positions, reconciliations, and ageing
• Conducting regular cycle counts, following up on discrepancies, missing stock, un-barcoded stock, incorrect or misplaced stock
• Actioning stock loss reports and informing the account manager
• Signing off Goods In and Dispatch slips
• Organising vans and scheduling stock deliveries
• Checking stock quantities, descriptions, and prices upon receipt
• Preparing orders for dispatch/delivery
• Communicating with the floor manager to improve sell-through rates
• Investigating and analyzing stock take results
• Managing the RTV process, ensuring returned stock is correctly processed and located
• Managing zoning, merchandising, and product replenishment
