Job summary

Primark is seeking a Stock Flow Planner to drive stock flow and replenishment across products and stores during the Phase 1 pilot. You will challenge system recommendations, balance availability with trading needs and collaborate with Retail, Buying & Merchandising, Planning & Space, Supply Chain, Data Science and Product teams to shape future replenishment processes.

This hybrid role requires 2–3 days in the office; you’ll enjoy generous leave, potential extra leave, and benefits like Tax Saver

Qualifications

• Experience in allocation, replenishment, merchandising, planning, supply chain or retail operations.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret stock and performance data.
• Good commercial and operational judgement affecting availability and trading performance.

Responsibilities

• Own stock flow and replenishment activity across products, stores and workflows during Phase 1 pilot.
• Review and analyse replenishment outputs, identify risks and interventions.
• Challenge system-generated replenishment recommendations and determine actions.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve stock flow issues balancing availability and trading needs.
• Represent replenishment in design, testing, training and process validation.
• Develop SRO expertise and support rollout of future replenishment capability.
