Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Supply Planning Associate (12 month FTC) in Leeds to optimize inventory and support European growth. You’ll work with Commercial Planning, Sales and Operations to ensure stock flow through planning processes, driving KPI reporting and data-driven decisions. This is ideal for a proactive analyst early in their career.

In this hybrid role, you’ll balance B2B/B2C stock, liaise across teams, and contribute to a fast-paced environment while developing in supply/demand planning.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills to optimize inventory across DCs.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Supply Chain/Planning functions.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data tools.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for stock and Inventory queries.
• Balance stock between B2B and B2C sub-inventories to enable both channels to achieve sales plan.
• Liaise with Sales/Order Management/Inbound Logistics and Country Logistics teams to ensure smooth flow of goods from Inbound to Customer.
• Provide reporting of KPIs to enable performance understanding and highlight blockages.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather relevant data.
• Support stock routing to DCs and escalate capacity constraints to the Supply Planning Manager.
