Job summary

Primark Stores Limited is seeking a Stock Flow Planner to drive stock flow and replenishment decisions during the Phase 1 pilot of the new Smart Retail Ordering capability. You’ll analyze system recommendations, collaborate with Retail, Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Data Science and Product teams, and help shape future replenishment workflows.

The role is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days in the office, with opportunities to develop deep SRO expertise and contribute to the wider rollout.

Qualifications

• Experience in allocation, replenishment, merchandising, planning, supply chain or retail operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret stock and performance data.
• Good commercial and operational judgement and understanding of replenishment impact.
• Experience investigating stock or operational issues and recommending solutions.
• Confidence to challenge system recommendations and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own stock flow and replenishment activity across products, stores and workflows.
• Review replenishment outputs, identify risks and areas needing intervention.
• Apply insights to challenge and validate system-generated replenishment recommendations.
• Collaborate across Retail, Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Data Science and Product teams.
• Represent replenishment and stock flow in design, testing and process validation.
• Develop SRO expertise and support rollout of future replenishment capability.
