SharkNinja in Leeds (Thorpe Park) is seeking a Supply Planning Associate on a 12-month FTC to help ensure optimal inventory levels across our European business. You will interface with Commercial Planning, Sales and Operations teams to facilitate smooth stock flow through supply processes.

This role suits a motivated analyst at the start of their career, with strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail. You will balance B2B and B2C stock, report KPIs, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to optimize inventory management.
• Ability to multi-task and time manage independently.
• Knowledge/experience of operating within a Supply Chain/Planning function.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.
• Good MS Excel and PowerPoint; Domo knowledge an advantage.
• An entrepreneurial spirit in a dynamic environment.
• A team-oriented and collaborative approach with stakeholder management.
• Ability to communicate for impact, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inbound containers are routed to DCs to enable stock in correct locations.
• Balance stock between B2B and B2C sub-inventories to support sales plans.
• Coordinate with Sales/Order Management/Inbound Logistics and Country Logistics teams.
• Provide KPI reporting to identify bottlenecks and performance gaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather relevant data for decisions.
• Act as first point of contact for stock and inventory queries.
