Job summary

Booker is recruiting a Promotions Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team in the UK. You will manage the complete end-to-end planning and flow of stock for promotions into the distribution network and out to branches and customers to meet deadlines.

This role can be based in Hemel Hempstead (Maxted Road) or Equity House, Wellingborough. After induction we offer hybrid working: 2 days in the office and 3 remote.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skill with large data sets in Excel.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management.
• Able to solve problems independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and reporting.
• Flexible and quick to learn new skills.
• Experience in FMG is a plus.
• Works well autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum stock availability for event activity.
• Adhere to critical timescales and escalate issues.
• Manage flow of volume from distribution centres to branches.
• Load and release allocations accurately.
• Root cause late stock availability and communicate findings.
• Analyze data to produce reports and recommendations.
• Respond to queries and requests promptly.
• Support seasonal events and clearance of promotional lines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage trading activities.
• Follow GSCOP timelines to ensure compliance.
• Uphold business code of conduct and integrity.
