Job summary

Primark is seeking a Stock Flow Planner to support its new Smart Retail Ordering capability, transforming forecasting, replenishment and stock decisions across depots and stores. You will analyse system-generated recommendations and challenge them to ensure optimal stock availability.

Work across Retail, Buying & Merchandising, Planning & Space, Supply Chain, Data Science and Product teams to shape future replenishment processes and the wider rollout of the capability.

Qualifications

• Experience in allocation, replenishment, merchandising, planning, supply chain or retail operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret stock and performance data, identify trends and turn insights into actions.
• Good commercial and operational judgement, understanding the impact of replenishment decisions on availability and trading performance.

Responsibilities

• Own stock flow and replenishment activity across products, stores and workflows, ensuring effective execution of the replenishment process.
• Review and analyse replenishment outputs, identifying risks and areas requiring intervention.
• Apply operational and store insight to challenge system-generated replenishment recommendations and determine actions.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to resolve stock flow issues and balance availability with trading needs.
• Represent replenishment in design, testing and process validation for future workflows.
• Develop deep SRO expertise and capture Phase 1 learnings for wider rollout.
