Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Stock Controller to support National Highways at sites around Warwick. This is a full-time, permanent role with standard hours from 08:00 to 16:00, Monday–Friday, with some flexibility required.

The role involves reviewing stock, maintaining data accuracy, and coordinating with nationwide depots and engineers. Benefits include dental insurance, a company pension, 25 days holiday, access to GXO University, and a range of employee support services.

Qualifications

• Experience with stock management systems and data accuracy.
• IT literacy with warehouse systems; Oracle WMS experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work on own initiative and manage stock across depots.

Responsibilities

• Review stock and operational activities in warehouses and make decisions based on performance and KPIs.
• Ensure high stock integrity with correct product codes, cycle counts, and audits.
• Communicate with colleagues, the customer team and management from National Highways and depot sponsors.
• Maintain the IT warehouse system and ensure data is up to date.
