Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is recruiting a Stock & Systems Supervisor for our Markham Vale site on a full-time basis. The role focuses on supervising the Stock Control department, ensuring KPI targets are met, and driving continuous improvement within stock systems and processes.

Working hours are Monday to Friday with rotating shifts (6am-2pm/2pm-10pm). Salary is £33,351 per annum, with benefits and development opportunities across the Culina Group network.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control and supervision.
• Ability to lead a team and manage daily stock operations.
• Proficiency with on-site inventory systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Inventory Stock & Systems Manager in day-to-day stock operations.
• Resolve stock and system issues and supervise stock counting.
• Schedule and supervise Stock & Admin staff activities.
