Zusammenfassung

Warwick District Council is recruiting a Building Surveyor (Career Grade) – Stock Condition to join the Housing Assets team. You will carry out stock condition surveys, inspect defects, plan maintenance and manage improvement projects across Warwickshire, coordinating with customers and contractors to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

This permanent, site-based role offers a career-grade progression and a salary of £32,046 to £47,665 per annum, 37 hours per week, with mileage reimbursement for site

Qualifikationen

A relevant built-environment qualification or suitable experience in a relevant field.
Experience of undertaking building surveys and managing the resulting works.
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
The ability to manage projects and work effectively with customers and contractors.
Knowledge of relevant construction health and safety requirements.

Aufgaben

Carry out building and stock condition surveys.
Undertake defect inspections and identify required works.
Plan and manage maintenance and improvement projects.
Oversee contractors and monitor their performance.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, effectively and within budget.
