Job summary

Waste Mission in Stevenage is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This temporary-to-permanent role offers the chance to build a long-term career with uncapped commission and a supportive, energetic office culture.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. You will generate leads over the phone, contact prospective clients, and cultivate a strong sales pipeline while working towards targets and enjoying incentives and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Spend approximately 2.5 hours per day on the phone, generating new leads and identifying potential customers.
• Proactively contacting prospective clients and creating new business opportunities.
• Building relationships with customers and developing a strong sales pipeline.
• Following up on leads and maintaining regular contact with potential clients.
• Working towards sales targets and taking ownership of your performance.
• Making the most of the commission structure and incentives available.
• Working closely with a supportive team in a positive, energetic sales environment.
