Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking experienced Steel Erectors to work on commercial steel frame construction projects in Cornwall and Devon. The role involves erection of steel frames on multiple new-build developments, with opportunities for permanent or ongoing contract work.

Applicants should have IPAF, CSCS, and a Working at Heights ticket; NVQ/City & Guilds preferred but not essential. Driving licence is required. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered for permanent roles.

Location: Cornwall & Devon - There are multiple sites around Cornwall and Exeter at this time. You would generally only cover projects around Cornwall and Devon.

Start Date: ASAP

We are recruiting experienced Steel erectors to work on commercial steel frame construction projects for a south west based steel contractor. This contractor manufactures and constructs its own products for a variety of clients.

Working across multiple new build commercial developments across Cornwall and Devon areas. There will be an opportunity for permanent or continual contractual work. We are ideally looking for qualified and experienced steel erectors.

Pay & Benefits

• £220 - 250ph (Depending on experience and tickets)
• Ongoing work available, permanent opportunity.

The Role

• Steel frame steel erection.
• Working at heights.
• Operating MEWP's(Scissor lift & cherry picker)
• To contract on specific jobs or take a permanent operational role.
• Operate power tools and hand tools.
