Job summary

The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) is seeking a Statutory Trust Team Leader in Birmingham to manage a team of Senior Financial Investigators and Financial Investigators, ensuring timely case progression and compliance with Statutory Trust Rules.

Based in Birmingham with a hybrid work pattern (1–2 days in the office). You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with stakeholders across the SRA and other departments to deliver high-quality outcomes.
