Job summary

The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) is recruiting a Statutory Trust Team Leader to lead a dedicated team of financial investigators within the Client Protection division, ensuring efficient distribution of practice money from intervened firms.

You will coach and motivate the team to meet KPIs and SLAs, collaborate with stakeholders across the SRA, and drive continuous improvement in case progression and statutory trust compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and motivating a team in a regulatory environment.
• Strong understanding of legal accounting rules and systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Senior Financial Investigators and Financial Investigators to progress high-quality cases.
• Coach and motivate the team to meet KPIs and SLAs with performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with SRA teams, senior managers and intervention agents to deliver timely outcomes.
