Job summary

The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) invites applications for a Statutory Trust Team Leader within the Client Protection team in Birmingham. You will lead a dedicated team of financial investigators, ensuring compliant distribution of practice money from intervened firms and driving continuous improvement.

You will coach, motivate and manage performance to deliver high-quality case progression, collaborate with stakeholders across the SRA, and oversee quality assurance and training to steer

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team in a regulatory or legal environment.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to coach, motivate and drive performance against KPIs/SLAs.
• Experience promoting continuous improvement and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Senior Financial Investigators and Financial Investigators.
• Drive delivery of case progression while ensuring Statutory Trust compliance.
• Coach and motivate the team to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee Quality Assurance and provide direction on cases.
• Report team performance, forecasts and high-profile cases to senior management.
