The role As the Statutory Trust Team Leader, you will manage a team of Senior Financial Investigators and Financial Investigators, focusing on delivering high-quality case progression while ensuring compliance with Statutory Trust Rules. You will be responsible for coaching and motivating your team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), using performance monitoring and personalised support to optimise individual and team outcomes.
